The CD doesn't start automatically. How to start the catalogue?


This problem may appear in networks where the local guidelines disallow CD-autostart.

To run the ecom catalogue application, open your CD-drive in the Explorer and run the file start.bat by double-clicking on the file. Now the application will start automatically. This will take a few minutes, depending on running applications and system performance.

I can't get the CD out of my CD-drive. What should I do?


To get the CD out of you CD-drive, you will have to close the application 'ecom catalogue'. Proceed a right click on the item in your taskbar and choose the option 'close ecom catalogue'. After the application was closed, you should be able to eject your CD-drive.

In case of an error while shutting down the application, you will be able to eject your CD-drive after next reboot of your PC.
