ecom instruments is an innovative company which is characterised by its integrity, professionalism, high levels of expertise and reliability in realising demanding projects in the field of explosion-shielded products.
We develop, produce and sell mobile devices for explosive areas in which work is conducted with gases, dust and flammable liquids.

Legislative bodies have decreed various duties to maintain records as well as corresponding retention periods. Upon expiry of these periods the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided it is no longer required.
If deletion is not possible as a result of technical or organisational restrictions, this data will be blocked from further utilisation.

 

9. Data transfer to foreign countries

Personal data will only be transferred to the EU and to third countries provided it is required for fulfilling the business purposes you have commissioned us with or if we are legally obligated to fulfil such an action.
