为了从CD驱动器里取出光盘，您必须关闭应用程序“ecom catalogue”。您可在任务栏上右击该项目，并选择选项“close ecom catalogue”。关闭应用程序后，您应该可以弹出您的CD驱动器了。

当关闭应用程序发生错误时，您可重启电脑，然后弹出CD驱动器。
